We really don't know where to start the praise and appreciation we experienced during this project getting our roof inspected and moving through the process new roof installation. Seth, Blair, Sally and Lisa were awesome, professional and customer focused. The crew who showed up and completed the installation was totally amazing and still have my neighbors in awes. So right after I moved in to my older home I found water damage on the interior wall as well as some visible gutter damage. I called Ridge Valley and was seen within a day or two of me calling. My contact with the company was Blair Davis. He came out and found out the gutter guards on my home had been installed improperly and even came back again the next day after work to help me move the gutter guards up to prevent against additional water leaking! I had to get new gutters and roof repair since the damage had extended into part of the roof. The gutters themselves are great looking and the installation was quick.
