Steve is great. He was quick to respond, accommodated us with a visit the next day, was very personable and clearly knows what he's talking about. Why waste time trying to DIY after watching YouTube when you can just call Steve for quick and honest help at an affordable price.

Steve was extremely helpful. He helped me diagnose the problem before coming out to save me a service charge. Turns out I need a new fridge since its not worth spending more money on the one I have. He suggested which ones to buy that are most reliable. He also offered for me to call him if I have questions during the buying process. I would certainly call him again. Steve is straight shooter and tries to be as helpful as possible.

I believe that this could be the greatest company on earth. True and honest (and easily verified) advice, good recommendations for going forward, sincerity... this is now my go-to person for everything appliance related11/10, highly recommend with no regrets whatsoever. If something happens in your house, call reliable appliance. They know what they're doing
