RDU Wing Chun School

I attended here from 2003 to 2006 and found the instruction and methodology top notch. After already having experience at World Karate Do in knightdale under Nathan Ray, some Taekwondo and wrestling throughout middle and high school, I really feel RDU Wing Chun brought my self defense and fighting abilities to a higher level. Sifu Widmar is a great guy and even better instructor.

Are you kidding me??? Super awesome, easy going, helpful, and friendly!!! There are no 'big shots' just brothers. Pretty cool!

The school is a reflection of Sifu Widmar, who is one of the best men I've ever been fortunate enough to meet. I am a past student, and so appreciate the times I had the privilege of training there. I am by no means a great fighter, but I feel I can handle myself in many situations due to the skills I obtained at the school. That confidence translates into friendships, work and relationships. With two kids and two real estate careers, I'm not able to train currently, but I consider RDU one of the best experiences of my life. Highly recommended.
