Could not ask for a better more experienced staff. Caring and compassionate. Great sense of humor and pleasant attitude with extreme action to detail. Dr Albright and all the staff has the utmost respect for their patients. Glad I choose this team.
I had the best experience of taking my son to Raleigh Orthopedic Physical Therapy for a heel issue. Upon reaching the third floor, I noticed the waiting room was bustling with individuals waiting to be seen. I was initially concerned about a lengthy wait, but to my surprise, my son and I were attended to immediately. The front desk staff were very friendly, gathering all the necessary information and providing clear instructions. They were upfront about costs and any important details we needed to know. From the moment I stepped foot into Raleigh Orthopaedics, I have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I travelled from my home town (almost 2 hours away) to see a physician in this practice for their reputation and expertise. Dr. Watters was the physician I was assigned to see. He actively listened to my concerns, gave me the time I needed, and we created a treatment plan together.
