Brian, Virginia, Brandon, Nancy and others on the Raleigh Mortgage Team are amazing! Worked with them through multiple house purchases and refinancing. Each and every time, they have come through with great communications, speedy closings, and some of the best options on rates for me. I have heard compliments from the realtors and lawyers I have worked with that this team operates at a very high level and makes the home buying experience a much better experience than dealing with banks directly.
Truly an excellent experience. We worked with Stephen Waller, and he was fantastic. He was supportive and very available and communicative for the entire process, literally from application until after we got the money, helping make sure everything went smoothly. Absolutely recommend to others seeking a home loan, whether it's an HEL or a first time home buyer's mortgage.
We got a home equity loan so that we could pay off some debts and repair some long-standing issues with our home. We are NOT happy with the lender (UWM), but Raleigh Mortage Group has been excellent every step of the way. They are very quick to answer questions, understanding of the anxiety inherent in such dealings, and friendly above all else.
I don't expect to ever need another home equity loan, but would recommend them to anyone else who might.
