Excellency service for an emergency situation: in Raleigh for a wedding. Lost rubber tip on the heel of shoes for the wedding party. Quail Corner graciously repaired both heels while I waited. Fantastic! Reasonable price! Thank you!

I have used this store before for luggage repair and they did an acceptable job. I tried again to get some wheels replaced and they were unable to do this. Seems odd that they list themselves as a luggage repair shop but can't replace wheels ?

Great work. I've gone there twice. The first time I needed fast turnaround for a business trip and they got it done early. Not only did they get it done earlier than asked, but it was exceptional quality and they actually called me to let me know the boots were ready! The second time again high-quality time completed about a day earlier than the projected date. Will absolutely go back. These premium products and you won't get the lowest price in town, but it will be quality. It will be good product. In my opinion it's worth it.
