“Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, kind, seem to really like what they do and provide clear updates. They are prompt or communicate delays, get right to work and assure you they’ll come back if the problem persist. We had our home treated, crawl space vents repaired, and yesterday we had to have a yellow jacket nest treated. He told us that we should avoid the area for 48 hours due to foragers coming back with food. However by the end of the day it was treated, there was no movement at all. We’ll avoid the area for 48 hours because we’ve come to trust what the techs and customer service reps tell us.“

Scott, one of the owners, performed a cost free evaluation. A detailed proposal was prepared with full explanation and no awkward sales pressure. I was able to integrate general pest control with termite control into a very competitive package.

The technicians, Cory and Terry, were friendly and professional. They had many years of experience and certification. They were very workman like, and encouraged me to seek help (at no additional cost) if the treatment was unsatisfactory in any way. I like people who accept accountability for their work.

The chemicals are top notch - effective, pet friendly and no smell (at least by me).

For reference, I dislike the Corporate Franchises and large oligopoly companies for the following reasons: 1. Due to employee turnover, the service level is inconsistent, 2. High pressure and fear based sales tactics are often used and 3. excessive cost (to cover high overhead and TV advertising). Not for me.

“Excuse me, I don’t normally do this, but my Pest Control guy tech is amazing. I set an app with Terminix. A very nice gentleman, Nehemiah, visited and did a very thorough home inspection. Almost too thorough. I had things I wish I didn’t living in my house. Long story-short. I’m Happy. The job is always done right, and just in case I ever had a problem, my tech lets me know they can come out anytime in between services. That’s how far my tech goes to make sure I’m well taken care of.

He proceeded with a "racoon eviction treatment" and 2 days later (after we did not hear the racoon in the attic) he returned to repair any entry points & seal up any other issues. The technician came and was very thorough in-seeking out where they were coming from ,and oh my word he found a huge nest and also a yellow jacket nest right beside my back door, which could’ve caused me problems because I’m extremely allergic.
