Beth McAvoy is awesome. She is dr Galland's PA. I don't understand all the bad reviews. Any busy office is going to have some wait time. I've been going here for many years. I like the front desk workers too especially Sarah!!! I always get second opinions as well before a surgery and always know my copay up front.
1 year out from hip replacement and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Rion and his staff provide superior service. 2 years post replacement and everything is great!Now, seeing surgeon Ashana for back problems. As before, Dr. Ashana and his entire staff have been very helpful. Information and explanation of the surgery is excellent. Care and advice is exemplary. Friendliness and professionalism is always on point.First appt. Post surgery. Everything is progressing very well. Some relief from nerve pain, expecting more to come. Entire staff is kind and very professional.
Dr Galland always takes the time necessary to answer my questions and address my concerns. I feel like I am a valued patient and not just a number in the midst of a busy day. My recent rotator cuff surgery went very well. I am now in the capable hands of Marianella. She is my caring and extremely competent physical therapist. This is a fabulous team.
