We had an excellent experience with Odell Building & Remodeling! They leveraged off our initial vision and design concept for a screened in porch with fireplace with complete remodeling of our decks, and in doing so, they created an entirely new outdoor living space for us to enjoy through all seasons. Joe and Travis were easy to work with and most professional as was the project team lead, Jose! They paid attention to detail and wanted to make sure we were happy. We are most pleased with our results and would not hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend Odell Building & Remodeling. My journey with Odell building goes back about 7yrs when I first hired them to take a small deck off the back of my house and do a tiled ezebreeze room and trex deck off of that. 3yrs ago I had Odell back out to add my second floor balcony. I just recently finished having Odell back out again to convert my eze breeze room to real glass, mini split, add window in my existing house and do my fence. Joe is one of the most stand up contractors i have encountered and why I continue calling him and no other. His work is always top shelf and he will ALWAYS stand behind the work his company does. Joe and his team added a 400+ square foot sun room to our home. The process was very straight forward. We talked about what we wanted - he really listened. He came up with a 3-d model so we could see exactly what we were asking for. That allowed us to make a few "tweaks" before building began.Once construction started, his team did everything: clearing the trees; moving the electrical meter; laying the foundation; walls; roof; painting; ceiling fans; they even built and hung our wall-mounted entertainment center.Even after the work was done, Joe came back to do the fine touches: touch up paint that had changed color when it dried; fix a couple of small cracks form the...read full review
