“Been with this practice for over 23 years. My adult daugher's are now seeking preventative GYN care here as well. HIGHLY recommend this entire group as all have been involved in my past pregnancies but the MD that I see for preventative care is Dr Ann Martine because of her bedside manor, empathy, and knowledge . She is my partner in healthcare which is hard to find in today's healthcare environment. As an RN for over 33 years in the Raleigh Durham area, I can attest to that fact.“
“Dr. DeLaCruz has been wonderful! I've had prolonged, irregular bleeding and she's been wonderful in taking her time with me to figure out what's going on and help me find a solution. I feel listened to and not rushed! The new office building is beautiful too!“
“Dr Groff and her nurse are fabulous. I was in and out of the visit quickly with all my needs met.“
“Awesome Doctor!!! I've been seeing Dr. Carr for 29 years and he is fantastic. I never feel rushed and he is detail oriented.“
“I have been going here for 4-5 years and have always had great experiences. Now that I am pregnant, I have been in contact/ to the office, much more than my yearly physical. My primary Dr. is, Dr. Barrett and she has been fantastic answering all of my questions and concerns. I have seen other Dr’s before and everyone has been great. I would recommend this OBGYN to anyone.“
“Knocked off a star for the attitude/lack of clarity in communication many of the nurses have. The two doctors I've had (Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Runkle) were nothing short of the first OBGYNs I felt actually listened so I'd highly recommend them. The nurses, though, are a gamble as to what you'll get. Some are fine and others are not as thorough in communication as they ought to be and others are downright snappy and need a review of basic manners, empathy, and client communication. They also need to standardize answers and pay attention to what they say because I've heard different things from different nurses and had the same nurse communicate different things to what they had previously communicated. It's quite confusing and I wouldn't put up with such rigmarole if it weren't for the outstanding care, compassion, and aptitude of the doctors. I definitely get that healthcare is a tough field, particularly nowadays, but if you can't have even an ounce of bedside manner, go into another field.Updating after an awful experience with a lab tech: I am self pay right now and went in to have blood drawn for 3 tests. She stated that "I should've told her way ahead of time that I only needed 3 and not all the ones the doctor ordered" when I didn't realize that was my responsibility and not the nurse's/doctor's? Then she didn't take checks which I hadn't been notified of beforehand and she was huffy and seemed upset the whole visit like it was my fault I didn't have insurance. I would see of LabCorp could send another tech that actually has professionalism.“
“This is a kind and very private office that takes care of each patient with respect. While it is a large practice, I have never waited long or been rushed through an appointment. Excellent care.“
