Oak Street Health Southeast Raleigh Primary Care Clinic

Very nice staff. My MA was amazing! I appreciate my doctor as well. The long wait was not so great. Was over an hour in the waiting area...ugh. Have to go back in a couple of weeks so hoping for a much smaller wait time.

The Oak Street Clinic is excellent. If it was just them, the review would be 5 stars. There's one flaw, the 800 line. Everything about Oak Street goes through their call center. I've had appointments not made or not set-up correctly. I've been told to call back later only for the second person not to have a record of my first call therefore not understanding my issue. I've been told they'll call to set up an appointment but they never call. The Doctors and staff are very good; their call center not so much.

It professional...all my issues were addressed...
My only issue with Oak St. Health is at checkout...They don't give you appointments for your next visit...they say they will call you when it's time...Make that make sense...A health facility telling their patients thst... read full review
