They are hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff I’ve seen multiple vets there over the years and have liked all of them and love most of them! I do feel they really care about your animal. Pricing is transparent and they don’t scare you into paying for crap you don’t need. They have beautiful art in the room, a mural in the lobby, friendly smiles, and energy oh yeah and coffee in the lobby!!! Which is so nice when you have an early appointment and needed the caffeine! My dog hates going to the vet in general because she had major anxiety but she love loves everyone there. The nurses or vet techs are all so patient and kind with her. I really can’t say enough…I love this place. I’ve been to 3 of their locations around Raleigh and S Saunders is our favorite and Person street is a close 2nd. I’d suggest anyone with an animal check this place out!!
I unfortunately came to the road of sending my Tink to her final resting place. fortunately my daughter picked the first which had a 4-5 hour waiting time and was sent to Oak Heart That was blessing everything was handle with a professionalism but empathy was felt in my soul. I would recommend them in all aspects of care. thank you
Was vert concerned about surgery on my 11 1/2 year old dog with many health issues, However, the staff and Dr Clements at Oakheart explained everything and answered all my questions. The surgery was successful and I highly recommend this place for a knowledgeable and compassionate staff, You will love it!
