Very intimate, I love the fact that they listen . And that's the problem that I have been having in my previous therapy they wasn't listening. So I'm glad I found a great place to be and know that they care about me and my well-being

I've been seeing Dr. Shirley Carrenard-Mcdowell as a patient for a year now after my psychiatrist of 2 decades retired. I'm so happy and thankful I found Dr. Shirley, she made the transition very easy and smooth. I was extremely nervous about having to see and open up to a brand new doctor after so long. Doctor Shirley is incredibly kind, personable, and puts you at ease. She's also easy to get a hold of and very fast and responsive. I certainly won't be looking for another psychiatrist until she retires. I highly recommend.
