Harrison came to our home and flushed out two new water heaters today. He spent so much time explaining what he was doing as he cleaned each faucet and shower head through our house. He and Carlos were very professional and made sure they left my home in perfect condition. Harrison was so helpful with questions I had. It was a great experience.

Newcomb is a great company. I have been coming to them for over twenty years. All of their service and installation technicians are courteous, professional and experts in their field. One their experts, Jeff, does the regularly scheduled maintenance on my system and is one of the best. He really knows what he is doing and our system purrs along smoothly season after season. Jerry was amazing and fixed my capcitor in just a few minutes. He even went above and beyond and performed my annual inspection/maintenance. If you dont have the service plan, you really should think about investing. Well worth it for a company like Newcomb who has your back and responds QUICKLY when your A/C goes out in the hot months. It’s a gamechanger. Thank you again, Jerry!
