Carol is the best hygienist ever! She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was a few months a few months behind on my appointment due to COVID-19. She assured me not to worry that everybody was running behind but that she would take care of me. My teeth feel wonderful! She also educated me on a few things to work on. We will check on my progress next time. Dr. Ladimer gave me a great report and said that everything looked good! He was glad that I was able to come. Their office has always been impeccable and their staff are amazing. I don’t know how they did it but it, but, they have gone even more above and beyond to keep us all safe in these trying times. I can’t wait to come back in six months and do it all over again!! It is worth the trip all the way from the NC mountains! My family of 7 have been going to the New Hope Dental practice for over 8 years. I can honestly say with each visit the customer service has always been top notch! With a family the size of mine finding time to get all appointments organized was a challenge but the staff at New Hope provided the reminder calls and timing for each appointment to fit the need of my family's ever changing schedule!
