The experience from setting up an estimate appointment, meeting Ed and going over samples and our vision, to installation with Jack and his team went smoothly. The only hiccup was a manufacturer defect in some of the siding. Ed responded quickly and new pieces delivered & installed. Thanks again.

I used NC Siding and Windows to replace my foyer window and siding (dormer style foyer). Kyle came out to give me an estimate was great to work with. He did a thorough inspection and walked me through the options. Come installation, Allyson reached out to me to get scheduled and was very easy to work with. Finally, Jose came out to do the installation. Jose's craftsmanship exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the outcome. He went above and beyond to be as least disruptive as possible. Had all our windows replaced. Quoting and scheduling was professional and timely. The install wasn't perfect at first but they worked with us to make it right.If I ever need new windows again they will be my first call.
