Montlawn was caring, compassionate and very professional when helping us after our son’s passing. They handled both his service and funeral, made every arrangement, and crafted every detail to be specific and special to him. Julie and Regina in particular were wonderful to work with and both went above and beyond to assist us, and showed true empathy in doing so.
Update, they have been in progress of solving these issues, been communicating well, and reassured my everything will be taken care of. I am waiting on the end result in a few weeks.
I've had many services for family members here, but this last one which is my step father has been the worst experience. September 2021 he was laid to rest here. Services were paid in full, to include the head stone. To this day, we he still lays with NO HEADSTONE, and have made numerous attempts to rectify this and they refuse to resolve it. I just wanted to give a review for Julie at Mountlawn. She went above and beyond to help me get where I want my final resting place to be. She was so nice and listened to my needs and did everything in her power to make it happen. I hope anyone will give her a shout if you are in need of a plot. She is excellent. I could go on and on.
