I consulted with Dr. Mitchell on some chronic health conditions around 5 years back. He root-caused the problem immediately, suggested significant diet and lifestyle changes, and recommended relevant Ayushakti medicines. It changed my life! Not only are my conditions well managed, but I am at my healthiest self. Although I don't live in the Raleigh area anymore, I still consult with Dr. Mitchell regularly on the phone, and I am amazed by the depth/breadth of his knowledge of Ayurveda and general health/well-being. Also, Ellen (front office manager) is super easy to work with. I couldn't thank them anymore. I highly recommend their service.

I've been using Dr. Mitchell's Chiropractic care now for about 3 years, and am grateful that he can help me in (usually within 24 hours though often less) of when I call. Dr. Mitchell helps me stay active by assisting me in maintaining optimum health. I'm not sure where I would be without his expertise. I recommend him whole-heartedly for spinal cord health as well as Ayurvedic treatments. Thank you Dr. Mitchell for all that you do.
