I’ve been here twice so far and each class leaves me feeling sooo much better than when i came in. I’m always sore in all the right places. They definitely push you but helpyou throughout the class with form and great instructions on what to do (especially if you’re a newbie like me) I definitely will be coming back regularly!

I absolutely love this studio! Classes with Morgan are the highlight of my week! She is a fantastic teacher, giving you instruction on form, and ways to challenge yourself even more. She really knows how to push you to get you motivated to work hard. Her classes are always 10/10 and leave me shaking in the best possible way.

I’ve been going to Mega consistently for over 2 years and absolutely love it! I get a fantastic workout every time in a small class environment that allows me to push myself and keep seeing results. The vibe is always light and fun but the place is well managed and runs like clockwork.
