We needed a Ruggable rug cleaned in time for a party. The normal turnaround time for the rug would not have been soon enough.
The young lady at the counter (Theresa) told me she would make a call and see if they could make an exception and get it done in time.
She called me back about 30 minutes later and said they could do it. I took the rug in. They got it done in time and I was delighted.
I really wanted to compliment the extra effort on the part of Theresa and the team behind her.

Medlin Davis has been a good move for me. They get spots out, press well, are fast. Most importantly, they listen. My last dry cleaner followed the instructions on the label when cleaning my clothes, even though I specified dry clean only. Some clothes shrank. Medlin Davis does what I ask them to do, and I am pleased with the results.
