I am the owner of a 19 yr. Old Classic Metal roof and Mc Carthy Roofing's number was given to me by the manufacturer, based in Ohio. The manufacturer said McCarthy Roofing is representing Classic Roofing products in this area. I needed to have the flue removed, since I don't have a conventional gas furnace or gas water heater any more. When I called them, the lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me the following: We did not install your metal roof, therefore we don't do any repairs to it. I am not a customer of McCarthy Metal Roofing but rather a business consultant that has been working with the company for over a year.Based on my 30 years of experience in improving businesses, I can say the company has some of the better systems in place to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. I would recommend purchasing a roof from them without any reservation.
