We had very old and expired gift cards and the staff did their best to get the system to accept them,even getting the franchise owner involved. The massage itself was wonderful and worked out several knots.
I had a facial today with Kelsey and a massage today with Abby. They are a great team! They were very easy to talk to, pleasant and very professional. The facial and massage was great and left me feeling very relaxed. I hope they stay at this location forever! The check-in and check-out was great and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and professional. I hope I am fortunate enough to visit them again very soon.
Jaimi gave a perfect light massage as my intention was for relaxation. She was very friendly and checked in on me during the massage. I liked her techniques and gentleness. I had no issues with checking in or out, it was a quick process.
