I highly recommend the agency. The nurses are wonderful. They are punctual for work, carry out their duties diligently and most of all, the nurses that have worked with my son were patient and fun-loving yet firm with him. Which means a lot because my son is a ball of energy all day:) The agency also does a great job with coverage when the primary nurse is out.
