Chase Arthur did a good job with sharing what Luxury Bath products and materials that are available to upgrade my bathroom. He was on time each visit to my home. He appeared to be responsive and respectful of my opinions in asking questions concerning my bathroom remodel project. Wonderful Experience & Great Customer Service!Our tub to shower conversion was a success. It was so important that it was completed on time because it was a part of the VA-HISA Grant for Veterans. Luxury Bath made it an easy process because they understand the HISA Grant requirements even though mine was a little out of the ordinary. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to assist. We would like to personally thank Don, Sandy, Deborah and Larry. Especially Larry! Larry was our installer and he explained everything step by step. He did an amazing job! As daughter and caregiver of my parents, I thank each of you for being so kind, and patient during this process.
