Our air conditioning stopped working about a week ago, scheduled for a technician to come out, and Justin showed up and was very helpful, solve the problem quickly, explain to me what the issue was and how do I identify If the issue was happening in the future. Absolutely fantastic experience!

TLDR: Went through our home warranty (AHS). Called JW Ultra after the service request was filed on warranty website. They had a technician in the area and got to us within 2 hours of the service request. Our technician (Cesar) was on time, professional, polite, and efficient. James was the bomb! Our unit is old and one they no longer work on because of issues with the manufacturer. He took a look at it to see if it was something that he could fix. We lucked out and it was the compressor! He had cool air running in less than ten minutes. We were sure who ever came to us would just try to sell us a new unit. Very thankful that James is an honest guy. We will definitely be using him in the future when we do need to replace our unit!
