Update1/20/26: JB contacted me from Jiffy Lube, he set up an appointment to bring my car in so he can make things right. He was friendly and professional. He listened and he took ownership of the situation and he is focused on meeting customers expectations.
If you value your car stay away from this location. I needed a quick oil change and came in with a 50% off coupon, the sales person who referred to himself as the “master mechanic “ assured me he could do better than the 50% because I am a health care worker.

The staff was very friendly. But upon getting the car back saw that I had not get the tires check for air it came out with my rear tire looking real low, so Jay took it and filled with air. Later that day I checked my fluids as my mechanic uncle always said double check your car always. It was not topped off break fluid low , power steering low. So I think all they did was change the oil.

I have had my oil changed ten times since I bought my car. Never have I been charged for an extra quart of oil until today. They were quick and efficient I bought thru Group On so got a really good deal.
