Discovered Icy Hot in 2019 and have been with them ever since. They have never come up short answering calls, scheduling timely appointments or getting service jobs done without issue. Based on my own service experience I find their service pricing to be very fair. When a fan motor failed post covid and parts were scarce they put in the time to track down a new motor and got it installed within a few days. I highly recommend Frankie and his crew.
I have been totally pleased with service from icy-hot. They installed total heating and AC system using the very best equipment and have kept this system maintained in great condition. I can depend on them to be there if needed.
Frankie and his group are probably one of the best HVAC vendors in the Raleigh area. They are responsive, fair, and honest. I've tried others in the area, including some much bigger firms, and none compare to IcyHot!
