Hi, I just had a session with Shaun Annis for new windows. He was very professional easy conversation, friendly and patient. My looks and personality are very uneasy to read but he continued to press forward with the presentation. His knowledge and professionalism made this an easy sale for me. I look forward to receiving my new windows in a couple of months and will gladly refer thiscompany to family and friends. Oh and his counterpart David was bright eyes and bushy tailed with a 9:00 am convesation, I was pleased with his early greeting and sales pitch for being so eager and thrilled to show me some windows. Looking forward to working with these gentleman.

After weeks of research and quotes, I decided to purchase from Homecraft and I am overall extremely pleased with the product.Salesman Rating: If I were to rate my experience with Shaun, I would rate him a 5 out of 5. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase, worked with me to stay within budget, came back after they were installed, and showed me the insulation savings versus my very old windows.
