This was my first time ever using this company to repair my shoes and so far, I am thoroughly impressed! They came highly recommended by a friend. Considering the fact that I have lived in my area for 23 plus years now, it was shocking to find out from the gentleman in the store that they have been there for 22! I brought in a baseball cap that the dog got hold of and needed it for a game that was in less than 2 hours... It was a simple repair and they had it expertly done while I waited. Great customer service for me.

This is not the first time I've used their service to hem up new slacks. This time it was 30 minutes or less to hem some new dress pants I needed for a wedding I was flying out to. Measured, marked and sewn in less than that amount of time. Very glad Hakky's is around to take care of my last minute needs.
