I had a Traulsen refrigerator that was not holding temperature. Tech was dispatched promptly and diagnosed one major issue and one contributing issue. While it wasn't inexpensive to repair, we have had zero problems since. Dawn was fantastic at scheduling and communication as well.
Above and beyond! My boss man suggested I give GRR a call when I told him I was having issues with the heat in my home and I had a local Hvac company out twice and they could not fix my heat. Although they do not do residential work Jason sent Kim out and got my heat working. I have used GRR in all of the restaurants I have worked in and they always do a great job. Thanks guys!
