Normally, I prefer to speak to the business owner rather than post a negative review but I have been unable to contact her. For the most part, I have had good experiences with this shop, but today, after checking in on line and ppldriving to the store, I was told the shop had closed early. Apparently they were not busy and the owner told them to close up. I understand not wanting employees sitting idle but the owner needed to shut down the on-line check in if they were closing early. Also there is something to be said for sticking to your published hours. The other gentleman to whom this happened told me this was the 2nd time he ran into this situation.

I've been visiting Great Clips for decades now, and this location in particular for around 8 years. I've had several different stylists in that time and they've each been friendly and respectful. I've never once received a bad haircut from any of the stylists and will continue visiting them as long as I'm in the area.

Really impressed with the stylist this time around. My 12 year-old thought it was one of the best haircuts he's ever had. In and out in about 20 minutes. Other stylists struggle with his haircut and will take 40 minutes on it. The stylist sure knew how to work clippers and blend with a scissor cut.Service: Hairstyling
