I had a very quick initial response and quote from Gonzalez All Gutters the day after I called. Two days later, the crew came to clean my very neglected gutters and they did an excellent job. They were very efficient, and left everything neat and tidy when they left. Afterwards, customer service was very prompt in sending my receipt by email. I will definitely call them again.
They were knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. They completed the work quickly and offered excellent advice. I would use them again and plan to for our gutter guards in the spring.
Overall, we found Jose and his team to be very responsive to our questions and requests. They did excellent work on replacing all of our gutters, installing gutter guards, and fixing our 2nd-floor balcony tiles. I give them 5 stars. My only suggestion for them to consider in the future is having 1 point person to help the homeowner throughout the job, especially in terms of clear communication and understanding what is left to do and why any price increases need to happen. Our job ended up being much higher (thousands of dollars) than originally quoted for due to the water damage that was found behind the gutters.
