Great place with great people! My trainer Jenny is very professional and made everything related to working out a stress free & easy to understand process for a complete beginner like me. She also provides meal plans, things to look out for and corrects your form to make sure you get results. Highly recommend.
This place is the best! I have been working with Jenny since August, 2021. Both she and Coach K have been absolutely fantastic, from the first meeting through to today.During my workouts, Jenny has taken a personalized approach to helping me achieve my fitness goals. She has shaped special workouts to account for my accident prone areas (I have a troublesome knee), and adjusts her coaching style to match me (I respond well to encouragement and she knows things are heavy enough when I grimace just a little). Trying to get back on track with my fitness and health, and I'm glad I chose Frontline Fitness. I have had a personal trainer at the YMCA and she was good, but Kenny is on a whole 'nother level! His knowledge about the human body and what it needs to reach your goal is astounding at times, and because of that he knows how hard to push you and when you have reached your limit even if you don't. I have only been a client for a short time and already love it.
