Wow, the KIA Telluride is in high demand. We finally found the car we were searching for at Fred Anderson KIA in Raleigh, only 225 miles away. It was worth the drive. The whole staff was great, but CJ Cotton, our sales rep was the star. The SX Prestige X-Pro model we chose has a lot packed in, and CJ gave a precise demo and walked us through all of the features. Then, just as we were about to leave, CJ found a glitch in the digital rear view mirror. Rather than send us home with an appointment to return for service, we were given another car to drive home. With all hands on deck, the problem was resolved, and CJ made the 450 mile round trip to deliver the car to our home!... read full review

I was called back in December the gal set me up with an appointment for Feb. 22nd. When I got to the dealership this morning they had no record of my appointment. They said that they never call and only email. Shelby gave me the option of either coming back or staying and they would try and work me in. I decided since I was already there, I would wait. Shelby and the team of technicians did an incredible job of servicing my car and getting me back on the road in about an hour. I was very happy with the service I received. Shelby gave me her card and let me know to call her for my next appointment and she would take care of it.Thank you. What a great service department... read full review

Shelby was awesome. She acknowledged me as I entered the service area and no other service adviser did. She explained everything and my serviceman from Apex was awesome too. I think his name may have been Matt?? Great service!!
