Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. I was referred to Fasco by the 2-10 home warranty program. Thier plummer Luna was very knowlegeable, professional, respectful (he put on his mask and shoe protectors without my asking), and friendly. We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
