Dr. Fox is the best veteranrian we have seen with our dog. He is willing to answer any questions and it never feels rushed and he genuinely wants your concerns answered to make sure you are comfortable with any treatment options.
Recently moved to Raleigh and was weary of switching vets. I saw several raving reviews for Falls Village and decided to give them a call as I considered switching to this practice. The receptionist I spoke with was incredible- she took the time to answer the many questions I had, shared the company's mission and their strive for excellence, and assured me this is a wonderful practice who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I have to tell you..I’m a veterinarian professional..had to find another hospital for Bubba..my dog.. and was very anxious about it. I went to Falls Village and was grateful at the care Bubba and I received. We saw Dr. Fox and his assistant Abby Fisher…I felt heard..taken care of and understood. I will go back!
