How is this person, who has so many good reviews, when she is ghosting customers all the time? I have been trying to book an appointment since last year, and I am still waiting for the answer. I understand that she might have nobody to book appointments but treating customers as if they were asking for a free service when they already paid for the service (Groupon) is unacceptable.Service: Hairstyling

My first visit with this stylist. NYA gave my hair some much needed TLC and I am quite pleased. Thanks NYA. See you next time. BTW....my hair is natural and NYA was gentle and patient
