Literally had my carpets cleaned a month and a half ago by another company and had to have them redone. Today I had Elite carpets come out and shampoo my carpets and I cannot stress to you how much better of a job they did. Not only that but my house smells so good as a result! Thanks guys! Haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in about 4 years so it was time to get them freshened up. Called and explained my needs and got an estimate. They got me in right away. I had three rooms cleaned, a queen mattress, and a sofa; all of this took an hour, they're fast! All my carpet stains came up and it looks so much better. Due to my work schedule I ended up waiting about 24 hours to put everything back. The carpet was a little crunchy and I was worried there was still residue from the enzyme treatment. Once I ran my robot vacuum over it the carpet softened back up. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks y'all.
