We ordered a custom home to be built through ECI custom homes. Doug explained the structure to us thoroughly and helped make the process easy. He always was fair during construction and delivered on our dream home. We didn't always agree on every detail but we recognized his honesty and he never cut corners, or let us down on the remedies.
