I had multiple years of back taxes with lots of different sources of income from all over the country. It was a complicated task that he [David] took on with no problems. I even needed a long time between dropping them off and completing them. He was great throughout it all and made it simple to wrap up a lot of different tax documents.
I don't know what that one star review from 2017 is referring to because I had a great experience here! I came in just wanting to make sure the IRS knew I did my taxes. I didn't really care that much about the refund, I was only expecting to get $100 back. But David made it so I got close to $2k back! I was blown away! David also put me at ease and made sure all my questions were answered. I'll definitely be using these services in the future.
