The ability to book ahead (Duke 'OnMyWay') is excellent. The staff were very good, caring and patient. The doctor (Dr. Seikali) on staff was also excellent. Overall, a great experience at a difficult time.
I just saw Mi-Young Um for a minor wrist injury last evening & she & her staff were wonderful! They worked me in just before closing & couldn't have been nicer. The staff was very professional & knowledgeable. Mi-Young, PA took time to explain the diagnosis & next steps. This was my 1st visit to this practice & I was very impressed. I would recommend them to everyone! Five stars very well deserved!
I had to go last evening for an injury & couldn't have been more pleased with the service, professionalism, & kindness. I saw PA Mi-Young Um & she was wonderful! Every staff member I encountered was polite, professional & took time to explain results & next steps. I can't say enough nice things about this practice at Harps Mill! Highly recommend!
