Earlier this year, Cransten sent a young man to install a storage lift in my garage. When I met Carl I was impressed at his professional demeanor. He was friendly and oh boy… he knew what he was doing! His work was impeccable and he appeared to be enjoying what he did. Even though he was doing the installation, he was always eager to answer an old ladie’s questions about the equipment and when everything was completed, he spent time to demonstrate the operation of the lift and I felt that Carl made sure I understood how it worked. I had put off an awning repair because I didn't want to deal with the usual run around with finding/hiring a handyman. Brian made scheduling painless and Carl showed up right on time. He was friendly, efficient, AND knowledgeable! Refreshing experience!
My experience with Cransten was very positive. Carl Van Note, the serviceman assigned to the job, did a great job mounting curtain rods in my home. When I have projects in the future, I'll call Cransten and ask for Carl.
