I have a double-wide floor cabinet with double-wide drawers. The bottom drawer fell through the low quality rollers and was jammed. Called and spoke with Cory. I sent him pictures and dimensions. He soon called back with very reasonable estimate to make new drawers and use a very heavy suspension system.About a week later, this was installed in my cabinet. I needed a minor adjustment and they came out the next day to do that.Great product, service and price.Service: Cabinet repair
