Excellent experience start to finish (although "finish" doesn't seem entirely appropriate, since we will for sure continue to trust our HVAC needs to Comfort Hounds!) Communication was prompt, thorough and clear. Service was punctual, knowledgeable and complete. Pricing was competitive and fair. Really couldn't ask for better for the service and replacement of our aging systems!
Comfort Hounds were courteous from phone call and scheduling to service at my home. I received my notification of impending arrival in plenty of time to prepare the dogs. Caleb was quick to diagnose and repair the issue so I could have a comfortable upstairs again.
