Workers were unprofessional and not helpful when it came to picking up our rental. We spent approximately 45 minutes just to get keys to pick up a 10' U-Haul, since the workers weren't assisting the customers they had in line. We had to switch to a 15' U-Haul as the 10' was reserved already in the morning and the workers thought it'd be best for us to have it as we can return it tomorrow. We ended up getting charged additionally for a late fee because of this even though the workers never made us aware. The workers also gave us keys to a truck that wasn't on their property after me and my partner looked on all sides of the building for it.... read full review
Craig was extremely helpful with my issue today! 10/10 recommend the entire staff for their helpfulness!!! They stuck with me and helped me for over two hours. I will be returning to this location for as long as I can
Today I was sent to this location to pick up a box truck. I, like many others, absolutely hate moving and when I got there, there was a long wait and many frustrated and angry customers. Clearly this location is understaffed and ill-equipped to process many orders at one time, but the employees kept their cool in a way I would not have been able to when dealing with the customers. I hope Uhaul recognizes this and does more to help their locations handle busier days. Their employees are doing all that they can and more by staying professional.
