We had a wonderful experience with HPW. Debbie with HPW helped us in finding a good Tenant for our Rental Property and she also helped us walk through all the paperwork associated with the lease agreement. The home that I rented with HPW/Rentals was the family home of my in-laws. My husband grew up in the neighborhood. To me, this was a sacred trust. I am a Realtor in this same company, but I don't do rentals. I , was incredibly thrilled with our first tenant, and loved the notification that they had paid (like clockwork). We now have our second tenant, and so far, so good. The company has done a wonderful job for our family, and it is very much appreciated.

Outstanding property management company. They have maintained my property's A/C unit, gutters, and handyman tasks by using local dealers. Affordable. Great staff. Outstanding customer service.
