Dr. Candace Mann and M.A. Javairia were absolutely fantastic!!! Explained everything clearly, super knowledgeable and above all made us feel very comfortable!!! 5 star experience!!!!!
I’m new to Central Dermatology in Raleigh and I’ve had a great experience from checkin to checkout. The ladies at the front desk are very courteous and professional. Dr. Karin Linthicum, MD and Dr. James are both awesome Dermatologists. Dr. Linthicum was very attentive and even called me on her day out of the office with an update on her findings. She referred me to Dr James and Dr James too was thorough and attentive to all my issues and she answered all my questions. I left feeling confident that she gave me a path forward to addressing my issues. Very friendly staff, Dr James was great and understands what a “ good bedside” manner means. Medical Assistant should always be wearing gloves in exam room at all times. Had to be reminded by doctor to do so.
