I've been very pleased with the HVAC installations and service that Randy Carter and his team provided me over the years. Recently, my air conditioner stopped working and Randy came to diagnose the problem the next day. He gave me good information about pros and cons of repairing the old unit vs replacing it, without pressure to spend $$ on a new unit. I elected to replace the old furnace and air conditioner and replace the ductwork. Randy scheduled it promptly, he and his team got it done quickly, and he improved the original ductwork design for better air handling. Randy and his son Austin are always quick to come out and diagnose what's going on with our AC units and have been very professional. We've had to replace both of our AC units with them because of non-working old units and they did it at a competitive rate and took the time to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend!
