Used them twice - great care in cleaning and repair if needed. Pick and delivery available and they will lay the carpets down if needed. Above and beyond in skill and customer service. Highly recommend!
Caravan did an excellent job cleaning our oriental rugs. They were so easy to work with. They picked them up, cleaned them to the point they look amazing, and brought them back and put them in place. A job well done!
While out of the country, our poor dog was sick- 1st photos were after both a bissell & rug doctor rental. I thought hope was lost & I had to let this wool rug go. After trying to find someone to give it a last shot professionally, Caravan Rugs was HIGHLY recommended by another professional who was sure if there was hope it was with them.
