Compassionate staff. Marcus was very attentive and helpful during the entire process. He ensured smooth transport from Wilmington to Raleigh. Providing updates on all aspects. Everyone was professional, kind, and supportive. They handled my father's remains with care, and I was glad for their on-site crematorium. They honored my father's funeral plan through Dignity Memorial. Mark Blake walked me through the process, answered my questions, and provided me with invaluable resources, including a list of estate attorneys and a what to do next checklist.
